River City Girls 2’s latest trailer shows off the brawling ability of Marian!

River City Girls 2 is coming out soon, and its latest trailer shows off the raw power of damsel-turned-brawler: Marian!

Marian first appeared as a character in the classic series Double Dragon, where she was the girlfriend of one of the game’s protagonists and was the reason for the brothers’ brutal street mission. Her River City Girls appearance shows that she can hold her own as she now can decimate packs of enemies with swift boxing moves, grapples, and abs tough as steel.

River City Girls is developed by WayForward and published by Arc System Works. A spin-off of the classic Kunio-Kun franchise, it follows the girlfriends of previous game protagonists Kunio and Riki as they head out on their own over-the-top side-scrolling beat-em adventure through River City. River City Girls 2 continues its story with even more action and enemies to beat down to the ground in its new four-player co-op mode.

River City Girls 2 will be available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in Q4 2022.
