Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken is a slice-of-life comedy manga series written and illustrated by Sumito Ōwara. The series follows a high school girl with a passion for anime as she teams up with her money-loving best friend and a popular classmate to form a school club to make their own anime series. Gaining praise for its vibrant and imaginative visuals and behind-the-scenes look at what goes into making an anime, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken would be adapted into an anime series directed by Masaaki Yuasa, who also handled series composition, with a screenplay by Yūichirō Kido, music by Oorutaichi, and production by Science Saru. The series would also be adapted into a drama and a live-action film.

The premium box set release has all 12 episodes of the series on Blu-ray. Special features include a storyboard book, production notebook, art cards, a woven club patch, and a numbered authenticity card, all in a stylized collector’s box.
