Get ready for Cassette Beasts, an upcoming monster-collecting RPG where you turn up the jams and transform into a wide range of combinable monsters!

Bytten Studio / Raw Fury

Cassette Beasts is an open-world monster-collecting indie RPG developed by Bytten Studio and published by Raw Fury. Themed around cassette tapes and the 80s, players will travel across the island of New Wirral, using their cassette player to record the monsters they encounter to transform into them.

Is a monster’s abilities not enough to take down an enemy? Combine any of the monsters into even more powerful beasts!

“Transform into monsters…using retro cassette tapes?!”

Explore a mysterious island, befriending other humans to join your party and build up your relationships.

With a fun premise, unique art style, and awesome music, Cassette Beasts looks like it will be a fun adventure!

Cassette Beasts will be released later this year on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S (where it will be available through Game Pass), PC, and Linux. You can try the game’s demo now over on Steam, where you can add it to your Wishlist.
