‘Carole & Tuesday’ heads to Blu-Ray next month!

Carole & Tuesday, an amazingly charming, cute, and emotional anime series, is making its home-release debut next month, and anime fans are sure to be delighted!

“It’s not easy being an orphaned refugee, especially when you’re not on the planet where you were born, but Carole Stanley still has big ambitions. However, while she dreams of forging a career in music, something isn’t quite right yet. There’s a spark that’s missing. The Carole & Tuesday Complete Collection includes all 24 episodes in English & Japanese with English sub options, textless versions of the opening & ending animations, eight animated shorts, Making of Carole & Tuesday” videos, music videos, song lineup, and Japanese Promos. Fans who pre-order it from Sentai Filmworks will get all that housed in a fun and exclusive slipcase.

Carole & Tuesday is a 24-episode anime series directed by Shinichirō Watanabe (the director of the classic anime series Cowboy Bebop) and animated by studio Bones in commemoration of the studio’s 20th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of record label FlyingDog. The series follows the story of two girls who team up as a singer-songwriter duo to chase their dreams of being performers. The series received much acclaim for its emotional story, diverse setting, gorgeous art style, and captivating characters.

Previously available exclusively on Netflix, this is a chance for fans to add the series to their collection.
