The iconic holiday classic A Christmas Story is getting a sequel next month, picking up with little Ralphie 30 years since the original!
Set 30 years after the original, A Christmas Story Christmas sees Ralphie heading back to his childhood home following the death of his father. he aims to give his children a magical Christmas as well as reconnect with his Childhood friends. The movie sees Peter Billingsley return to the role of Ralph “Ralphie” Parker alongside Ian Petrella, Scott Schwartz, R. D. Robb, and Zack Ward all portraying the grown-up versions of the roles they first depicted in the 1983 film.
A Christmas Story was originally released in 1983 and showed the struggles of a little boy as he attempted to get a Red Ryder Carbine Action 200-shot Range Model air rifle for Christmas.
A Christmas Story Christmas premieres exclusively on HBO Max on November 17, 2022.
