Netflix’s Wednesday Addams live-action series has released a new teaser trailer, showing the iconic spooky character entering the scariest place of all… a new school!

WEDNESDAY — starring Jenna Ortega in the title role, alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzman, Gwendoline Christie, Christina Ricci and more — is a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy. WEDNESDAY stars Jenna Ortega in the title role and feature Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzman, Gwendoline Christie, Christina Ricci (yes!), and more. The series will be a mystery story with supernatural elements, following Wednesday as a new student at Nevermore Academy.

The Addams Family was created by cartoonist Charles Addams and follows a bizarre, eccentric, macabre, and close-knit family. They originally debuted in the 1930s before later being adapted into a tv series in the 1960s. They would later become a staple of pop culture, with Christina Ricci’s portrayal of Wednesday Addams being one of the most memorable.

WEDNESDAY premieres this fall on Netflix.
