Fire Force began as a manga created by Atsushi Ohkubo. It is the story of a special brigade of firefighters combating incidents of spontaneous human combustion, with powers all their own. The anime adaption is animated by David Production.

At the time of writing, there is no release date for Fire Force season three, but the announcement was made alongside the release of the final volume of its manga as well as the announcement of a new mobile game Fire Force: Enbu no Sho. It will feature a song by Mrs. GREEN APPLE called “Endless.”
