A ‘NieR:Automata’ Anime Series Is In Production

It has been announced that an anime series based on the immensely popular game NieR:Automata is currently in production, getting a short teaser trailer earlier today.

NieR:Automata was first released as a PS4 exclusive in 2017, before later being ported and updated on other platforms. A genre-spanning game, it has players follow the story of Android 2B and 9S as they face off against alien-created machines. The game was directed by the iconic Yoko Taro, developed by PlatinumGames, and published by Square Enix.

The anime adaption has shown its first visual and trailer sure to get fans hyped!
