All players are required to create a Battle.net account, and console players will only be matched with other console players unless they group up with PC players. To better help the mix of platforms, some changes have been made to certain character damage and mechanics. You can check out the latest patch notes for more information.
Cross-play is a long-awaited feature, it is noted that progression won’t be shared across the different platforms.
