The 2021 adaption of Shaman King has gotten an official full trailer, and it is sure to make fans of the iconic series very happy!
The Shaman King is the one who can contact the king of spirits and reshape the world. Every 500 years, shamans, who can commune between the worlds of the living and dead, compete in the Shaman Fight to become the next Shaman King.

Among those aiming for the top is a young shaman named Yoh Asakura. See Yoh’s adventure unfold in the new adaptation of Hiroyuki Takei’s lauded manga, starting 2021 on Netflix.
Shaman King originally began as a manga written by Hiroyuki Takei that began in 1998. It would later get an anime adaption in 2001, shortly before the manga would be briefly canceled.
Shaman King 2021 is set to be a full adaption of the manga. It will be directed by Joji Furuta with animation by Bridge. Several of the original anime’s cast are set to return, including Megumi Hayashibara as Anna Kyōyama, Katsuyuki Konishi as Amidamaru, Minami Takayama as Hao Asakura, and Inuko Inuyama as Manta Oyamada. Megumi Hayashibara will perform the series’ opening and ending theme as she did for the 2001 series.
Shaman King (2021) will premiere this April and will stream on Netflix.
