A New ‘Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice’ Manga Will Be Released Later This Month

Learn the story of the Wolf.

2019’s “Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice” was a fan and critical success. A spectacular game set in a unique and re-imagined Sengoku period Japan, fans quickly fell in love with its hauntingly beautiful world. An upcoming Sekiro manga series from Yen Press, “Sekiro Side Story: Hanbei the Undying,” will explore the history of the game’s main character, Sekiro the Wolf.

Sekiro Side Story: Hanbei the Undying was written by Shin Yamamoto, with the supervision of Sekiro developer FromSoftware. The manga will show the unexplored history of the wolf, giving a new way to experience the Sekiro world. It looks like it will carry the brilliant and captivating atmospheric story of the game.

Sekiro Side Story: Hanbei the Undying will be available both in print and digitally on June 23rd.
