Well, it seems that times have been truly kind to fans of romantic comedy, Fruits Basket. With its 2019 reboot adaptation’s first season wrapping up in October, they don’t have long to wait for its second season!
“Fruits Basket” 2nd season Spring 2020:
Based on the manga by Natsuki Takaya, it follows high school student Tohru Honda, her life suddenly becoming filled with despair following a terrible loss. Living in a tent, she comes across the Soma clan and the strange secret that they turn into animals of the Zodiac when hugged by members of the opposite sex! Now living with them, her fortune seems to have turned around.
The original anime aired 2001, the 2019 reboot is an adaption of the full manga.
The second season is going to pick up in Spring 2020.
