Kevin Harper’s Knights on a Rocket is a frantic madhouse of a couch competitive game.
Two players control mortal enemy knights sharing a rocket. Players try to steer the rocket by adjusting their knight around it, causing it to veer and jolt around the junk filled space the knights and rocket inhabit. While the knights can bash each other, it is only through having the other player collide with the random items floating about that they are knocked off.
The gameplay somehow ends up being a mix of skill and luck as you stun and distract the other Knight with your blows and parry/dodge their attacks, all while trying to nudge the rocket toward that floating bagel that can make your rocket ride a solo trip.
I enjoyed Knights on a Rocket and can only hope that it sees a full release soon! But no matter what, it is a strong show of the power of the Playcrafting community!
