MacGruber 2 Is Officially Happening 

It’s official! MacGruber 2 is happening! Lonely Island member Jorma Taccone announced via Twitter that work has begun on a sequel to the action comedy film MacGruber, based on Will Forte’s SNL character MacGruber, a spoof on 80’s action tv show MacGyver.

With the original film having not made back it’s budget, there was doubt that the sequel would be made, despite Forte and the rest of the team’s interest in creating a sequel no matter it’s poor returns.

In spite of what it’s box office returns were, MacGruber has a devoted fan base who are happy to hear the adventurers will continue.
