Despite owning several of pop cultures major franchises like Star Wars and Marvel, Disney has announced they are no longer making videos games for consoles and handhelds.
This news follows an earlier announcement that they would no longer be updating Disney Infinity aswell as their recent out sourcing of their game development for Star Wars games to outside companies.
Fans can expect two final toy set releases before the toy line is finally ended. Tie ins with Alice Through The Looking Glass and Finding Dory, both to be released in June.
In the announcement by Senior Vice President, John Blackburn, players were thanked for working together on creating a unique community full of fun and imagination.
