Crunchyroll and Fandango are teaming up for the MOB PSYCHO 100 10-year anniversary with a one-day-only theatrical release featuring the return of Mob and his friends.

Set to screen in North American theaters next week, the teaser shows Mob and Reigen up to their usual shenanigans. It is directed by MOB PSYCHO 100 series director Yuzuru Tachikawa, with animation direction by Yoshimichi Kameda. The voice cast includes Setsuo Ito, Takahiro Sakurai, Akio Otsuka, and Atsumi Tanezaki.
MOB PSYCHO 100 is an action-comedy series written and illustrated by One (who also created One Punch Man). The series follows Shigeo Kageyama. Nicknamed Mob, he is a middle school boy who, despite possessing immense psychic powers, wants to live a normal life; a desire constantly on the back burner as Mob and his allies must deal with a wide range of supernatural dangers and enemies. The series would be adapted into an anime series in 2016. It was directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa, who would step into the role of chief director in the third season, with Takahiro Hasui acting as the director. The series was written by Hiroshi Seko, with music by Kenji Kawai, and production by Bones. It would also get a TV drama adaptation directed by Kōichi Sakamoto, with a screenplay by Reiko Yoshida & Kei Kunii, music by Go Sakabe, and production by TV Tokyo.
The anime adaptation has received critical acclaim and is considered a must-watch for action comedy fans.
