“An unforgettable journey:” Disgaea 7 has gotten a new story trailer

The historical Japan-inspired Netherworld of Hinomoto awaits when Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless releases later this year, and its new Story trailer is giving a peek at the adventure fans can expect!

“The demonic realm of Hinomoto has fallen under a tyrannical regime, and it is up to the lazy warrior Fuji and bushido fangirl Pirilika to fight back while discovering the meaning of honor and redemption!

Embark on an epic SRPG adventure stuffed to the brim with new features including Jumbification, Hell Mode, Item Reincarnation, new and improved auto-battle, and online ranked battles! You can even customize your own team with a robust roster of over 40 character classes!”

In Disgaea 7, players will send their forces across the historical Japan-inspired Netherworld of Hinomoto. The game introduces new systems around the Jumbility, resulting in supermassive battles!

The Disgaea franchise is a tactical RPG series developed by Nippon Ichi Software and published by Atlus USA & NIS America. The games are set in a series of magical realms called the Netherworld. Inhabited primarily by bizarre demons and ruled by Overlords, the games have gotten a massive following for the over-the-top humor and action, expertly paired with fun character designs and deep stories.

Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless will be released in Fall 2023 and will be available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC.
