Released in 2002, Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla is the 27th film in the Godzilla film franchise and is directed by Masaaki Tezuka, written by Wataru Mimura, and produced by Shogo Tomiyama. It sees the iconic monster facing off against his mechanized counterpart in a film filled with lots of fun action and kaiju fights!
Its return to theaters is for this year’s Godzilla Day. The day when Godzilla fans look back and celebrate the release of the original film.
