‘BASTARD!!’ season 2 has gotten a new action-packed trailer

The second season of Netflix’s heavy metal dark fantasy anime series BASTARD!! has gotten a new action-packed trailer teasing the adventure ahead!

Bastard!!: Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy is a manga series written and illustrated by Kazushi Hagiwara. It is about the Kingdom of Metallicana, which is coming under attack from the Four Lords of Havoc. The only solution is to awaken the soul of the powerful wizard Dark Schnieder. The series is inspired by Hagiwara’s love of Dungeons & Dragons and heavy metal.

The anime adaption is directed by Takaharu Ozaki, written by Yōsuke Kuroda, with music by Yasuharu Takanashi, and animation by Liden Films. This is the second anime adaption of the series, with the first being a six-episode OVA that aired in the early 90s.
