Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the 2018 reimagining of the classic series. Following the iconic set of genetically altered reptiles, now with fancy ninja powers. The series was well-received for its imaginative redesign of the characters, the scale of its action, and its humorous and captivating story.
The Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie is a full-length feature film that picks up two years after the series conclusion. In it, the Turtles must face off with a dangerous alien enemy, the Kraang. The movie is directed by Ant Ward & Andy Suriano, written by Tony Gama-Lobo & Rebecca May, and stars Ben Schwartz, Omar Benson Miller, Brandon Mychal Smith, Josh Brener, Kat Graham, Eric Bauza, and Haley Joel Osment.
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie premieres on August 5, 2022, on Netflix.
