Netflix has announced that a new six-episode animated series set in the world of BioWare’s Dragon Age will be released later this year!
Dragon Age: Absolution will be a six-episode animated series created in collaboration with BioWare. The series will take place in the empire of Tevinter and feature a cast of new characters. Dragon Age: Absolution was created by showrunner Mairghread Scott and produced by Red Dog Culture House.
The Dragon Age game series takes place in the land of Thedas, a fantasy realm filled with various nations and people, the games recount moments of strife and turmoil that the land and its people go through and defeat. The fourth entry in the main game series has been revealed to be Dragon Age: Dreadwolf.
Dragon Age: Absolution will premiere on Netflix on December 2022.
