MTG’s Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Has Gotten Beautiful New Animated Trailer!

Magic: The Gathering’s latest expansion, Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, releases this Friday and is getting players excited with a new animated trailer.

“Welcome to Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, Magic’s first sci-fi set. The plane has come a long way in 1200 years, and the story is only beginning.”

The animated trailer was anime produced by Wizard of the Coast, WIT Studio, and Maxilla. It features the TK from Ling tosite sigure performing as “As long as I love” and “Scratch” (alongside Koshi Inaba).”

Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty takes the card game to a futuristic world inspired by traditional Japan. It previously teased its setting with a music video from digital performer Hatsune Miku performing Connected by Mwk, a song specifically created for the expansion’s release.
