New Lupin III Anime Announced For October!

The world’s greatest thief and his misfit gang are set to return this October in the newly announced Lupin III: Part 6!

Currently celebrating the 50th anniversary of the anime series, Lupin III began as a manga series created by Kazuhiko Katō (better known by his pen name Monkey Punch). The series follows the adventures of master thief Arsène Lupin III, the grandson of Arsène Lupin, the main character of Maurice Leblanc’s series of novels. It has gone on to be one of the most iconic anime series ever made. Released worldwide in multiple languages since the 1970s, it has numerous anime series, theatrical & TV movies, OVAs, music CDs, and more.

Lupin III: Part 6 will be directed by Eiji Suganuma and written by Takahiro Ohkura, with music by Yuji Ohno. It will be produced by TMS Entertainment. No details on just what adventure awaits the Lupin Gang, but it sure to be a good time!
