Jetpack Joyride 2 Gets Release Trailer Alongside Soft Launch

The sequel to the bullet-powered jetpack infinite runner Jetpack Joyride has been announced and is currently available in select countries through a soft launch!

Barry returns in a frantic adventure!

In this case, he will have new equipment and weapons to fight new enemies and make his way through the laboratory to stop the scientists’ experiments before it is too late. The evolved adventure of Jetpack Joyride with new HD graphics, new animations, new mechanics and a new way of playing.

Halfbrick Studios

Developed by Halfbrick Studios, the original Jetpack Joyride was released in 2011 on iOS devices before being ported to Android, PS3 & PS4, PS Vita, and Windows Devices. The game saw players control salesman-turned-jetpack-superhero Barry Steakfries as he defeats evil scientists using a machine gun jetpack!

Jetpack Joyride 2 promises bigger action, new power-ups, challenging boss fights, and of course, new jetpacks. It currently is only available in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand as part of a soft launch. Stay tuned to Halfbrick to see when it is available in your country!
