Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne, the newest game based on the popular Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- series, has just released, and publisher Spike Chunsoft has posted its opening movie!
The postponement of this grand event that decides the next ruler of the Kingdom of Lugunica stirs Subaru and his friends into action. They return to the royal capital only to find that a sixth candidate has claimed their stake for the throne. But the Dragon Stone prophesizes that only five candidates would be chosen. With one candidate being an imposter, suspicions are immediately cast toward one woman in particular: Emilia.
What answers lie beyond the mysterious web of assassinations, betrayal, and conspiracies…?
A tactical adventure game, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is a new story set in the world of the series. The plot was supervised by the series author Tappei Nagatsuki with new characters designed by the original series artist Shinichirou Otsuka.
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- is a popular Japanese light novel series that went on to get several manga and anime adaptions. It follows Subaru Natsuki, who is transported to a magical world where he discovers a new power that he uses to help new found friends.
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is available now on the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
