The popular manga/anime series Jujutsu Kaisen has gotten a new prequel manga Jujutsu Kaisen 0, letting fans learn more of the world they have enjoyed so much.


Yuta Okkotsu is a nervous high school student who is suffering from a serious problem—his childhood friend Rika has turned into a curse and won’t leave him alone. Since Rika is no ordinary curse, his plight is noticed by Satoru Gojo, a teacher at Jujutsu High, a school where fledgling exorcists learn how to combat curses. Gojo convinces Yuta to enroll, but can he learn enough in time to confront the curse that haunts him?

Jujutsu Kaisen began as a manga series in 2018 and is written by and illustrated by Gege Akutami. It was later adapted into an anime series in 2020. It follows high school student Yūji Itadori, who is tasked with helping to eliminate a powerful curse. The series has gotten praise for its action and writing.
