Square Enix is giving gamers the chance to experience DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition with a new downloadable demo available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The demo is filled with around 10 hours of content and will let players experience new features and changes unique to the Definitive Edition, including:
- Japanese and English audio options
- The ability to speed up battles
- A photo mode
- A symphonic soundtrack
- And more!
The full version of the game will include new character stories, an improved crafting system, and the ability to play the entire game in a 2D style that looks likes a classic Dragon Quest game.
Progress from the demo can be carried over to the full game, with players who complete the demo’s main scenario receiving three “Seed of Skill,” which players can use to earn extra skill points either in the demo or in a save transferred to the full release.
The DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition Demo is available now to download on the PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, Windows 10, and Xbox One as an Xbox Play Anywhere title.
The DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition will be available on December 4th. You can pre-order it!
