Developer Motion Twin had a great announcement today for its fans, with the reveal of just when they can get their hands on the new Dead Cells DLC, Dead Cells: The Bad Seed.

Dead Cells: The Bad Seed Gameplay Trailer

New areas to explore, enemies to face, weapons and abilities to add to your arsenal, and of course, ways to die, this DLC looks like a great addition to the brutal fun that was Dead Cells.

New areas to explore-

  • The Arboretum: A relaxing and peaceful greenhouse inhabited by a peaceful clan of mushrooms, with an understandable desire to murder the Beheaded.
  • The Swamp: A noxious environment ruled by a band of tree dwelling mutans with pointy sticks, sneaky dart shooting frogmen and a bunch of deadly bloodsuckers.
  • The Nest: Domain of mama tick, if you’ve seen a certain sci-fi movie with “the brain bug,” you get the idea…

Dead Cells: The Bad Seed will be available on February 11th.

Dead Cells is available for Linux, macOS, Windows, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and iOS. It will be available on Android devices later this year.
