Aoni Production has reported that Japanese voice actress Toshiko Fujita has passed away at the age of 68 due to breast cancer.

A long career of voice acting, Fujita is best known for voicing Taichi Yagami in Digimon Adventure. She also voiced Big Mom in One Piece, Hilda in Outlaw Star, Rui in Cat’s Eye, and many other roles as well as voice over work for many non-anime projects.
