‘Rick and Morty’ Season 9 Premieres May 24th

Adult Swim has announced that season 9 of Rick and Morty will premiere on May 24th, sharing a new preview that shows Morty and Summer being dragged into even more comedic antics by their grandpa Rick.

Rick & Morty is an adult animated sci-fi dark comedy series created by Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland (who voiced the titular characters alongside numerous others). The series follows cynical mad scientist Rick and his kind grandson Morty as they travel across space and parallel dimensions. The series has received both fan and critical acclaim for its humor and science fiction concept. In 2023, Roiland would leave the series due to domestic abuse allegations, recasting the lead roles of Rick with Ian Cardoni and Morty and Harry Belden.

Rick and Morty season 9 premieres on May 24th on Adult Swim. You can stream the previous seasons on HBO Max.
