American Dad has returned to its original network, Fox, for its 22nd season, and it looks like it will still be the havoc-filled, hilarious chaos fans have come to expect, as shown in a recent trailer.

American Dad is an adult animated sitcom created by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, Mike Barker, and Matt Weitzman. Debuting in 2005, it follows the Conservative CIA agent Stan Smith, his wife Francine, their kids Hayley and Steve, talking goldfish Klaus, and Roger, the alien hiding in their attic. The show ran on Fox from 2005 to 2014 before heading to TBS from 2014 to 2025. Season 22 marks the series’ return to Fox.
