Part 1 of ‘Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s ‘Adventure through the Demon Realm’ DLC releases tomorrow

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s new DLC: Adventure through the Demon Realm Part 1, releases tomorrow, giving fans a new way to experience the story of Dragon Ball Daima.

“DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT – DAIMA – Adventure Through The Demon Realm PART 1 depicts the world of Dragon Ball DAIMA! Immerse yourself and relive the adventures of Goku and his friends as they explore the Third Demon Realm in this exciting new adventure!”

Dragon Ball Daima is the latest main entry series in the Dragon Ball franchise and is the second and last written by franchise creator Akira Toriyama before his passing in 2024. Set after the Buu Saga, Goku and his friends are made young by the machinations of a new enemy. The show follows them as they attempt to gather a new set of Dragon Balls to return to their normal state.

The DAIMA—Adventure Through The Demon Realm DLC will let fans relive the story. The trailer shows Goku and his new friends’ early adventures in the Demon Realm.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is an action RPG/fighting game developed by CyberConnect2 and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is a retelling of the story of Goku and his friends, starting with the Raditz saga. Players train, gather items, cook meals, and more to power up their characters for fights and bosses.

The DAIMA—Adventure Through The Demon Realm DLC pack is divided into two parts. Part 1 will be released tomorrow, July 17, 2025, with Part 2 being released later in the year.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows PC.
