New ‘Wednesday’ promo asks you to apply to Nevermore Academy!

The lead-up to Wednesday Season 2’s premiere this summer has been steady, with new trailers and teasers dropping every, well, Wednesday. The latest one features Steve Buscemi offering a tour and informing potential students that they can apply to attend through the unique school on the official Nevermore Academy website.

The video has principal Barry Dort (played by Steve Buscemi) giving us a tour of the school and includes appearances by Wednesday and Enid. The trailer also lets fans know they can “apply” to the school by checking out Nevermoreacademy.com and taking a quiz.

Wednesday is a supernatural mystery comedy based on the Addams Family series. The series follows a teenage Wednesday Addams as she solves a murder at her new boarding school. The series was created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar and stars Jenna Ortega and Emma Myers, with season 1 featuring Gwendoline Christie, Riki Lindhome, Jamie McShane, Christina Ricci, Naomi J. Ogawa, Joy Sunday, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzman, Isaac Ordonez, Victor Dorobantu, and Tommie Earl Jenkins.

Wednesday season two will be released in two parts, with part one premiering on August 6, 2025, and part two premiering on September 3, 2025, on Netflix.
