Doppleganger shenanigans await in episode 10 of ‘Yaiba: Samurai Legends’

There are two Yaibas!? A devastating new enemy has led to confusion in Yaiba: Samurai Legend, season 1, episode 10.

Yaiba: Samurai Legend is a fantasy adventure comedy series written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama and originally published as a part of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday from September 1988 – December 1993. The series follows Yaiba, a young samurai boy raised in the forest by his father, as he embarks on an adventure to defeat the evil forces of the swordsman Onimaru. Along the way, Yaiba meets countless allies and friends who help him to defeat powerful enemies.

The 2025 series is the second anime adaptation of Yaiba: Samurai Legend, and is directed by Kunihiko Yuyama, written by Kenji Terada, with music by Kohei Tanaka, and animation by Pastel.
