Volume two of the ‘Boruto: Two Blue Vortex’ manga heads to shelves next month

Boruto's journey through another life continues.

The story of Boruto’s switch will continue next month when volume two of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is released.

“It’s been three years since the event that caused Boruto and Kawaki to switch places in the ninja world. As Boruto trains with Sasuke, the Ten-Tails undergoes a terrifying transformation into Divine Tree beings that each have their own consciousness. These new threats against the world must be stopped, but Boruto will first need to survive the ninja of his own village who now see him as the enemy.”

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is the sequel series to Naruto & Naruto Shippuden. Boruto Uzamaki is the son of Naruto Uzamaki, The hero of the Third Ninja War & Hokage of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, meaning everyone is expecting a lot from him! But as he tries to build his own legend and discover what it means to be a ninja, Boruto and his friends are pulled into a dark plot endangering the world. The manga series was created and supervised by Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto, with illustrations by Mikio Ikemoto.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is a another chapter in Boruto’s story, following him after his life has been switched around by a powerful jutsu. He has to adjust to a life that isn’t his own.

Volume 2 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex will be available in paperback and digital format on June 3, 2025. Head to the official site to pre-order your copy, or check your local comic/book shop when it is released.
