‘WIND BREAKER’ Season 2 Premieres Next Month on Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll and Aniplex USA have announced that season 2 of WIND BREAKER will premiere this April. The series’ latest trailer shows the tension heating up as Bofurin vs. KEEL truly begins!

“Anyone who causes pain, who brings destruction, who holds evil in their heart will be purged by Bofurin without exception!

Where the average scores are the lowest, but the fights are the strongest. Furin High School is renowned as a super school of delinquents.

Haruka Sakura, a first-year student, came from outside the city to fight to the top. However, Furin High School has become a group that protects the town called the “Chime of the Wind Breaker” – Bofurin.

Forming connections with his friends and the townspeople, Sakura’s idea of what it means to be “at the top” begins to change. He makes new friends and encounters new enemies. He fights to protect as he stands as Grade Captain, taking the heroic legend of this high school delinquent to the next stage!”

WIND BREAKER is a manga series written and illustrated by Satoru Nii and published by Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket. The series follows Haruka Sakura, a new student at the delinquent-filled Furin High School. The school has transformed into a group that protects the town. Haruka’s goal in a school of the strong is to fight his way to the top.

The anime adaptation is directed by Toshifumi Akai and written by Hiroshi Seko, with character designs and chief animation direction by Taishi Kawakami, action director Kazuyuki Asaka, art direction by Yasunao Moriyasu, music by Ryo Takahashi, and animation production CloverWorks. Season one premiered in April 2024,

A much-anticipated return for fans of Bofurin’s delinquent students, WIND BREAKER was a can’t-miss anime last year, with plenty of action, comedy, drama, and style.
