Anime NYC 2024: “Case Closed: The Bride of Halloween” is now available digitally in North America

Dearly beloved, this weekend during the North American premiere of Case Closed: The Bride of Halloween at Anime NYC 2024, TMS Entertainment announced to a room of excited fans that the film is now available digitally through Amazon Prime Video, the Google Play Store, and Apple TV / iTunes!

“Conan and company are attending a wedding ceremony, with none other than Detective Sato as the beautiful bride. But when an assailant attempts to disrupt the ceremony, Detective Takagi puts his life on the line! Thankfully Takagi was uninjured, but the ordeal reminds Sato of Jinpei Matsuda, a former colleague who had been killed in a serial bombing case three years prior. Elsewhere, Rei Furuya a.k.a. Toru Amuro is tasked to hunt down a serial bomber but something doesn’t seem right… As the mysterious threat of “Plamya” looms over the bustling city of Shibuya, is there anything Conan can do to prevent a tragedy?”

The Bride of Halloween is the 25th Case Closed (known as Detective Conan in Japan) movie and was released in Japan in April 2022. It focuses on the wedding of Sato and Takagi, the reappearance of a dangerous bomber, and a mysterious new threat. It was directed by Susumu Mitsunaka and written by Takahiro Okura, with music by Yugo Kanno, and featuring Chronostasis by Bump of Chicken as its main theme song. It was produced by TMS Entertainment.
