Don’t worry! More UNDEAD UNLUCK is on the way with a new 1-hour special anime sequel announced for late 2025.
UNDEAD UNLUCK is an action-adventure comedy manga series written and illustrated by Yoshifumi Tozuka and published in Shonen Jump. It follows Fuuko, a girl who secluded herself due to her uncontrollable ability to bring bad luck to others, and her unlikely encounter with the immortal Andy, an “undead” man who seeks to die finally. Thus begins the pair’s journey to die the best death.
The anime adaptation ran from October 2023 – March 2024. It was directed by Yuki Yase, written Yamato Haijima, with music by Kenichiro Suehiro, animation by David Production, and production and planning by TMS Entertainment.
Fans are sure to be excited to know that more UNDEAD UNLUCK is on the way, though they will have a bit of a wait as the special is set for release in late 2025.
