Rogue & Gambit are getting a new romantic statue from Sideshow Collectibles

Sideshow Collectibles has revealed a new limited edition statue featuring X-Men’s Rogue & Gambit that is sure to melt your heart.

The amazingly detailed statue stands at 18.5″ (47 cm) and is made by Sideshow Collectibles, with the sculpt by Maria Panfilova, design by Ian MacDonald, paint by Kat Sapene, and further design and development by The Sideshow Design and Development Team. 

The romance between Rogue and Gambit has always been a difficult one for the pair, not just due to their past traumas making connections difficult for them, but also because of Rogue’s mutant ability, draining the life force and powers from those who touch her skin, making even a simple kiss possibly fatal.

But they try to make it work, and we as fans love every second of their flirtation.

“I know one kiss from you, one touch flesh to flesh, might give me some serious hurtin’, but I’m willin’ to take the risk for you. You willin’ to do the same for me?”
