The anime film adaptation of BLUE GIANT was amazingly fun and captivating, with brilliant visuals alongside music composed by pianist Hiromi (Hiromi Uehara). Fans can take home the film’s stunning arrangement of jazz music with new soundtrack releases.

Blue Giant is a Jazz-themed manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Ishizuka. A music-focused coming-of-age story, Blue Giant is the story of a high schooler who, after hearing jazz, decides he wants to become a Saxophone player. The series would get several sequels, with its latest Blue Giant Momentum being set in New York City.

The anime film adaptation was released in Japan in February 2023, and in North America in October 2023. It is directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa, written by Number 8, with Music by Hiromi Uehara, and animated by NUT. It stars Yuki Yamada, Shotaro Mamiya, and Amane Okayama.

Available both on CD and LP, the Hiromi: BLUE GIANT Soundtrack has absolutely gorgeous cover art and features the music from the movie.
