Monsterization has gone global in ‘Sweet Home 2’

Netflix has released the first trailer for Sweet Home 2, teasing the next chapter in the story of world under siege from the monsters among them.

Sweet Home is a live-action adaptation of the Webtoon series of the same name written by Kim Carnby and illustrated by Hwang Young-chan. The series is the story of high schooler Cha Hyun-soo as he tries to survive a “monsterization” apocalypse, where people are morphed into horrible monsters based on their dark desires. The live-action adaptation takes the story, showing Cha Hyun-soo’s attempts to survive a fearsome situation. It was developed by Studio Dragon and Studio N.

Season 2 picks the story up as the monsters have spread throughout the world.
