Relive the number one Knucklehead Ninja’s journey! Naruto Shippuden’s first 27 episodes are now on Blu-ray, bringing with it behind the scenes peeks and special featurettes.

Naruto began as a manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto and published by Shueisha. The series is the story of a young boy named Naruto, growing up in the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Cursed with a powerful tailed beast sealed inside of him, Naruto makes it his goal to become the village leader one day and the best of the best: The Hokage! The series would get an anime adaptation, video games, spin-offs, movies, live-stage adaptations, a sequel series, and more. Naruto Shippuden is the second half of Naruto, following him and his friends as they deal with the threat of a malevolent organization called the Akatsuki.

The Naruto Shippuden, Set 1 includes episodes 1-27 of the series in 1080p video presented in its original full frame with English and Japanese with English subtitles options. Special features include storyboards, voice actor featurette: Return of a Ninja, art gallery, trailers, and textless versions of the opening and ending videos.
