Newly announced game ‘Oceanliner Designs’ GRAND VOYAGE’ wants you to experience what it’s like to travel on classic vessels

Take a step back in time and explore classic luxury vessels in Oceanliner Designs’ GRAND VOYAGE, a new virtual experience from the creators of the Oceanliner Designs YouTube Channel.

Explore some of history’s greatest machines in this exciting and visceral recreation of a lost age; step aboard famous ocean liners like Empress of Ireland and Lakonia or soar high above the ground in airships like the R101.”

The game looks absolutely stunning. Take a trip back in time as you explore engineering feats from the past, recreated in Unreal Engine 5. There are plans to add more vessels down the line, meaning that the experience will grow with time.

The game is coming from the people behind the Ocealiner Designs YouTube Channel, a channel that examines & explores “the design, construction, engineering and operation of history’s greatest machines and vessels.” We here at NT have been personal fans of the channel for some time, their in-depth chronicling of the history of iconic ships like the Titanic making for a captivating watch.
