Lollipop Chainsaw was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and came from the minds of game developer Suda51 and filmmaker James Gunn. A hack-and-slash game, you played as the chainsaw-wielding cheerleader Juliet Starling as she fights the zombies currently plaguing her high school. The game was released in 2012 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and hasn’t seen a rerelease, port, or sequel in all that time.

While the delay may be tough for some fans to take, the team behind the game is promising that they aim to make the remaster a fun and fulfilling experience for fans new and old.
