Steven Universe Movie Poster Gives Hints About Villain

Cartoon Network has revealed the poster for the upcoming Steven Universe movie via Entertainment Weekly, showing a better look of the movie’s antagonist.

The movie which was first announced last year had a short teaser that showed the villain cloaked in shadow with a menacing laugh. The new look shows their upside-down heart-shaped gem and menacing smile.

But not only is this our first chance to see the new villain, but we also get to see that the Crystal Gems are sporting new looks, and in the case of Steven, look a bit older.

Announced for fall of this year, the movie will be a musical and has the show’s main cast returning alongside many music legends. Are you excited for the Steven Universe movie?
