1992 game Night Trap is returning once again, this time for the Nintendo Switch!
Originally developed by Digital Pictures, Night Trap is an interactive FMV game that task players with protecting a group of teenage girls they watch through security cameras, activating traps to save them from enemies. While the original reception of the game was mixed, it has grown to become a cult classic due to its B-horror movie vibe. Its 25th Anniversary edition was developed by Screaming Villains and originally saw release in 2017 for PC and PS4. It included additional features, deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes developer commentary, and a survivor mode. No info on a release date yet for the Nintendo Switch version, but it will be interesting to see how the Nintendo Switch’s mechanics can change up the gameplay.
